About Us

David Evans founded Evmark Partners in 2007 to help midsize companies increase sales and market share by developing and implementing effective, marketing-driven growth strategies.
David’s 25-year marketing career includes leadership roles at Sealy, Sara Lee, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Procter & Gamble, along with 5 years as a marketing strategy and research consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). In his most recent position as vice president of marketing at Sealy, David led all consumer marketing functions for the company’s brands, and helped increase annual sales from $900 million to $1.5 billion. Specific responsibilities included brand strategy, consumer insights, advertising, internet marketing, retail merchandising, direct marketing, and public relations.
David’s experience spans a range of industries and category-leading brands, and includes significant hands-on experience across a range of marketing disciplines. His background, combining marketing strategy consulting and industry marketing management, enables him to help clients develop both long-term strategies and tactical implementation plans to increase sales and build market leadership.
David’s educational credentials include an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
