Brand Strategy
Given Evmark Partners’ consumer marketing background, we view brand strategy and positioning as core components of marketing strategy for any business -- B2C and B2B. It also happens to be one of our areas of expertise.
Working with clients that have not historically emphasized marketing, we uncover significant opportunities to improve their brand/company positioning by defining what differentiates them in the market. We take a fact-based view, and where appropriate, obtain new insights from the client’s channel partners, consumers, or other stakeholders. The result is a clear definition of what the brand stands for, which becomes the foundation for all marketing and sales-related initiatives, including:
- Defining target customer/consumer segments
- Developing integrated marketing plans
- Creating a consistent and engaging customer experience across touch-points (internet; in-store; advertising; PR)
- Identifying profitable new product/service opportunities
Depending on a client’s specific brand strategy needs, our role can include:
- Leveraging consumer/customer insights to develop positioning strategies that differentiate the company and its brands, while guiding the business toward profitable growth paths
- Directing brand strategy implementation across communication platforms (e.g., digital, social media, consumer & trade advertising, public relations, in-store, and internal)
- Building organizational awareness and alignment to ensure successful implementation of newly defined brand strategies
